Faheem is an established Commercial Lawyer with more than 15 years of specialized expertise in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, corporate restructuring, governance frameworks and associated advisory services.
He is the founding partner of ESC & Kaka — a boutique firm focused on corporate commercial law, commercial litigation and regulatory compliance. Faheem also leads Kaka Classen Advisory, a strategic consultancy which provides transaction and investment advisory services across Africa and other international markets.
His dual financial and legal background provides clients with nuanced insights into transactions and investments, enabling him to advise a diverse clientele including startups, multinational corporations, state institutions, DFIs, High-Net-Worth Individuals and family offices on complex transactions across Africa, Europe, Far and the Middle East, with on-the-ground depth in African transaction advisory.
He has extensive experience across key sectors including property, mining and beneficiation, manufacturing (with a focus on agro-processing), agriculture and logistics.
